Millennium Homes Limited was incorporated as Jos. Stewart Development Corp. on December 31, 1980.
Jos. Stewart Development Corp. changed its name to Millennium Homes Limited on February 10, 1993.
Millennium has concentrated on designing and building bungalows in the Aurora, Innisfil and Barrie areas. There have been a few 2 storey homes along the way as well.
Millennium designs the homes according to customers tastes with the assistance of a software program called “SoftPlan”. A floor plan can usually be designed in 2 or 3 meetings with customers.
As of today, Sun May 20, 2012, Millennium is building homes in The Township of Springwater and Innisfil.
